We like the tool for creating on-the-fly notes of our more brilliant ideas, in addition to putting together to-do lists for work, shopping and leisure. It also has a widget that will let you plaster your homescreen with sticky-note reminders. The goal of the app is to let you create notes quickly and sort through them just as easily later on with color coding, tags and search. That said, it’s one of the most highly lauded productivity apps available in the Google Store and one that might suit your needs better than Producteev if you’re not looking for complexity.Īs you probably gathered from its name, EasyNote is a note-taking tool. It also stores data on your phone, not the cloud. First, let’s be clear up front: this tool only works on Android. However, without a dedicated unlimited user plan, Toodledo probably isn’t a cost-effective solution for businesses.ĮasyNote by PerfectionHolic Apps stands as an interesting yet limited alternative to Producteev. On the face of it, that might seem like a much cheaper route than Producteev Pro, and if you’re working alone or with just a handful of collaborators, it probably is. You can also upgrade to a 50GB plan for $89.99 per year. The most popular plan, Toodledo Gold, allots you with 10GB of cloud storage for just $29.99 per year. How much space you have there is really the only limiting factor when it comes to how many notes and lists you can create. If you’re on the go, handy Android and iOS apps let access everything remotely.Įverything you do in Toodledo is stored in the cloud. Toodledo’s straightforward web app lets you track time, create repeating tasks, view everything in a calendar and set reminders that can even be location-based. You can also create shared workspaces in your own account, inviting others to edit and comment on your task lists. You can also create and assign tasks to collaborators, who then get notified in their own Toodledo portal. You can invite friends, family and coworkers to view and edit your lists. That’s not to say you can’t use Toodledo to collaborate with others, though. Think of Toodledo as a springboard to make your life more productive. These can be shopping lists, chore lists, book-reading lists or work tasks you need to get done. Toodledo provides a cloud workspace to take notes, build project outlines, track your daily habits, and, yes, create lists. Rather than focus on business users, Toodledo is mostly designed for everyday people looking to organize their life. If you’re looking for a more personal productivity tool than Producteev, Toodledo deserves a look. Other features you need to know about include the ability to generate custom task and timesheet reports, plus export data to a CSV file for database upload. Integration options include Google Docs, Any.do, GitHub, Outlook, Slack, Trello and ZenDesk. One of our favorite features of TrakingTime Pro is its Chrome extension, which lets you track work time from inside other cloud productivity apps. Desktop tools are available for Windows, Mac and Linux, and mobile apps come in iPhone and Android flavors. Like Producteev, TrakingTime also supports remote productivity management thanks to cloud-powered applications. The user experience centers around a colorful drag-and-drop calendar that rivals Producteev in terms of ease of use, though it doesn’t offer the same level of customization (priorities, labels, etc). The closest cost-analog to Producteev is $ hours. There are several price tiers beyond that with more hours. However, you can only track up to 500 hours per month. The second option starts at $24.99 monthly and lets you add unlimited users. TrakingTime Pro can be billed at $4.99 per user per month or you can opt for a “by the hour” plan. Like Producteev Pro, TrakingTime Pro supports unlimited project and task creation. While task assignment might not be its raison e’tre, though, TrakingTime does include features to create projects and assign tasks and subtasks to your workforce. The tool can also be used to track how many hours your business works for various clients. The cloud tool’s goal is to help you see how your team allocates their workday hours. While Producteev focuses solely on task assignment tracking, TrakingTime is foremost an advanced time management tool.
